If only people knew I struggle

Because sometimes my life feels like a façade

You don’t really know if I’m happy or sad

I’m far from perfection

If you ever thought otherwise

That was clearly a deception

Is the only hope for my messed up story?

He conquered,

His conquering conquered my conquest

So I know I’ve conquered on this conquest

Just by believing & saying yes to his request

The reason I’m blessed

Who the son sets free

Sometimes I ask does that include me?

Cause I tend to always come back to same old deed

Oh yeah! New creation

Then how come I loop this sin

Like repetition

Sin shall have no dominion over you

Because you’re not under the law but under grace

So I guess I must have fallen from grace

Thinking I could save me

Not relying on the one who is able to keep me from falling

Knees too feeble I’m crawling

Oh grace carry me

Don’t let me jump down
